The Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority strives to improve the quality of life for Connecticut citizens by (i) providing access to the bond markets and delivering superior client service in the areas of bond financing and financial advisory services to nonprofit and public stakeholders; (ii) serving as public advocate on behalf of the Authority’s constituents; and (iii) awarding grants from CHEFA reserves to nonprofit institutions that provide critical health, education and human services.
