IHS Markit 2019 CHEFA Economic Impact Study Highlights

On November 3, 2019 IHS Markit published an economic impact study of capital projects made possible by CHEFA financing over 2014-2018.

The highlights below demonstrate the significant role CHEFA financing plays in supporting the state economy, workforce and constituencies our clients serve.  

•CHEFA facilitated $1.6 billion in financing for capital projects over 2014-2018 focused primarily on healthcare and educational institutions. 

Now Accepting Loan Applications for CHEFA's Revolving Loan Fund Program

We are pleased to announce the posting of the Loan applications  for the CHEFA Revolving Loan Fund Program.  Loan applications will only be accepted during the Application Acceptance Window, which opens on June 15, 2020 and closes on June 29, 2020.  The Loan applications and the Annual Funding Cycle Notices can be found below.

CHEFA Announces Revolving Loan Fund Program

CHEFA is pleased to announce our intention to issue loans through the CHEFA Revolving Loan Fund Program.  This Program was established in order to assist CHEFA clients who are suffering a financial impact from the COVID-19 pandemic.  CHEFA is making funds available to provide low-cost financing to eligible CHEFA clients for working capital purposes. The Annual Funding Cycle Notices attached provides the terms of the loans, eligible borrowers and eligible uses of the loan proceeds.

On Wednesday May 20, 2020, the CHEFA Board of Directors approved the creation of the CHEFA Revolving Loan Fund Program and the availability of $1M to provide low-cost financing to eligible CHEFA clients for working capital costs.
