Request for Proposal for Cloud-Based VOIP Phone System Services 

The Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority (“CHEFA” or the Authority) is requesting proposals from qualified companies wishing to provide a Cloud-based VOIP phone system services for the Authority. The Authority seeks proposals from companies with established expertise in providing this service. Proposals should highlight the recent experience of your company providing these services for large or small public entities and/or quasi-public agencies similar to the Authority. See attached RFP for response requirements. 

Proposal and Engagement Schedule (All times are Eastern) 
RFP Issued Thursday, June 3, 2021 
Questions are due no later than 2pm Thursday, June 10, 2021 
Responses will be published no later than 5pm Friday, June 11, 2021 
Proposals are due no later than 5pm Friday, June 25, 2021 
Notification of interviews/demonstrations no later than Friday, July 2, 2021 
Interviews/Demonstrations to be conducted the weeks of July 19 and July 26, 2021 
Selection made no later than Friday, July 30, 2021 
Engagement to commence no later than Monday, August 16, 2021 
Project completion no later than October 31, 2021
